TERMS & CONDITIONS: Payment submission indicates a binding agreement and acceptance of the terms & conditions described below.
Payment terms:
All bookings require $800 AUD non-refundable booking fee. Additional fees will be included if you choose to pay in installments over 4 months.
Payment through PayPal is possible with an extra charge of 3%.
The invoice currency is AUD
Insurances:
We strongly recommend purchasing travel cancellation insurance.
Please ensure you have travel insurance that covers flights and accommodation. Natalie Bondine and associated parties are not liable for any costs incurred should the retreat be canceled due to any reason including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, pandemics, illness, health conditions, medical or personal or family or work emergencies, or change of mind.
If you cannot reach the retreat or training due to unforeseen circumstances of any reason, including but not limited to strikes, travel bans, weather circumstances, and missed, delayed, or canceled flights, retreat, and training fees are unfortunately non-refundable and non-transferable.
Refunds:
Any cancellations to bookings made before 31st December will receive a 50% refund of fees paid - $800 AUD.
Any cancellations made after that are non-refundable for any reason.
