My path has always been one of remembering. I was drawn early to the symbols, stars, and stories that spoke of something beyond – and within. Overtime, through study, practice, and some unravelling of my own, I found myself held by the disciplines of tantra, astrology and the healing power of story.

This work is not about predicting the future or escaping the world. It’s about learning to be here with deeper awareness and purpose.

Lineage Study:

My spiritual path has been shaped profoundly by immersive study at Sri Kali Ashram and traditional tantrik yoga- I especially thanks Ma Kris for her wordless teachings. My love of sound as a healing modality led me to Anandra George, founder of Heart of Sound, whose pioneering work in sound yoga, mantra & conscious voice awakened a deep reverence for vibration and inner resonance. I also have the privilege of ongoing studies with master yantrika Sarah Tomlinson in sacred geometry. And lastly to my nameless teacher who prefers thus, who has transmitted the mundane as sacred everyday.
